For those hard to answer coding questions submitted by email. This is for questions only. Any phone conversation will be billed at our phone consult rate. Any charts reviewed will be billed at our offsite review fee.
AskMueller Support also includes our monthly webinar “Butts & Guts” with Kathy and/or Kristin where you will hear the latest updates and changes, and you will also be able to ask questions directly.
Our Butts & Guts webinar is for our support customers only. At this time the AAPC has approved this webinar for 1.5 ceu’s each month for each person in your office who listens to the live webinar.
Support packages will require a signed support agreement. If you choose an Onsite Training Session with a member of the AskMueller Consulting Team, this will include one full year of our AskMueller Basic Support.
When purchasing AskMueller support, this is for your practice only. Please do not share your support with anyone outside of your practice.
You may upgrade to the AskMueller Premium Support at any time. We will gladly prorate the amount due based on the amount of time left in your basic support agreement for the year. Please contact our office or email us to upgrade.
If your practice is unable to place an order by credit card and you would like to be emailed an invoice, contact don@askmuellerconsulting.com let us know that you would like Basic along with your practice name, address, phone number, contact person and let us know if you would like invoiced monthly or yearly and we will be glad to email an invoice along with our support agreement.

Our premium support package has everything listed in our “Basic Support” and also includes unlimited coding each month of those hard to code “Billed Encounters.”
This is for those hard to code billed encounters only. You will choose your package of support depending on the number of providers in your practice.
This does not include a practice review, compliance review, training/phone consults, webinars or onsite training.
This support package would be performed under your Business Associate Agreement “BAA” which we would need an updated copy from you before beginning your support.
